PuMpKiN pAtCh

So every yeah since Hunter was probably 3 MooMoo (grandma) kind of started a tradition for us. Every year around Halloween time we go to Grants Plants otherwise known and Pumpkin Land. Hunter is now 13 and Walker is 7, so we have been going for about 10 yrs now. Hunter still enjoys it, so i will take that as long as i can get it! There is a corn maze that we go through first and Hunter gets a kick out of trying to run ahead and scare us!Then there are some little farm animals and a play area and then we work our way through the little spook alley there. Then the boys get to pick out pumpkins to carve. It's a tradition we all enjoy and we were even able to get Josh to tag along this year!! :) Here are some pictures of our adventure!

HaLlOwEeN 2008

So this year was a little different for us. It was the first year that Hunter did not go trick or treating with us! He had a "7th grade party to go to" Needless to say, mom was a little bummed! So Walker went with mom :) He dressed up as Batman, having a blast running from one house to the next. After we did a few streets he was done, and by then Hunter was ready to come home so we go pick him up at the party and we go to this house that is always decked out every Halloween. We wanted to go trick or treat at the house and then get permission to take some pictures with some of the displays. Walker was NOT having it! It was to dark and he was scared to death, so he stayed in the truck and layed on the floor while we ran in. Here are some pictures from the evening. Enjoy!
